The best way to answer the question of How this journal helps you is to share the short of WHY I created my 7 Pillars.
After years of suffering with life and chronic health challenges and needing ways to cope better, I started creating what I call “positudes” (positive attitude reminders) to help and support me.
Positudes are my reaffirmations, cheer-me-on's, hug-me’s, words of encouragement … that kind of self-loving awesomeness!
Over time certain ones “floated to the top” as my key go-to’s … the ones I needed daily.
They are the core thoughts of my healing. My coping. My wellness.
They have become my 7 Pillars for coping, healing, overall all wellness … my Way to Live and survive, and on my good days, Flourish!
Each and every day, these 7 Pillars help me navigate the challenges of my health, the cray cray of the world around me, toxic relationships … every challenge my life throws at me.
- I feel better.
- I cope better.
- I am healing.
- I am getting stronger.
I love the life and love I am creating and growing through these 7 Pillars.

So, back to our question … WHY did I create these 7 Pillars?
Because I NEEDED THEM. I needed to find a better way forward. I needed to smile and laugh again. I needed to feel better. I needed to heal. I needed to cope better in a world that does not stop or pause for me.
I needed to hug myself and let me know it’s going to be okay. That I can do this.
And you know what? THEY HELPED! My 7 Pillars WORK!!!
